Who we are and what this covers
nsfwdev.com is the marketing site for an agency that builds and runs paysites, fan platforms and VR studio sites for legal adult businesses.
"We" and "us" mean nsfwdev.com and the people who run it.
This policy covers this site and the messages, bookings and analytics connected to it. It does not cover our clients' sites, Calendly, Google or any other service you reach by a link from here; each of those runs under its own policy.
The site is for adults 18 years or older, acting for themselves or for a legal adult business. It is not a consumer service.
You can reach us at hello@nsfwdev.com.
What we collect
We collect information in three ways.
- What you give us. When you send a message, book a call or email us: your name, your email address, your site or handle, the category you pick, what you write, and anything you send afterwards. Calendly collects the booking itself on its own site and passes the details to us, including the time you chose and any answers you give there.
- What your visit generates. Like every website, ours produces technical data as pages are served: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page you came from, time stamps and country. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, records this to serve, protect and rate-limit the site. Our own form storage records the page a message was sent from and your browser's user-agent string.
- Analytics and similar tools. We may use analytics services, currently Google Analytics, to see which pages are read, where visitors come from, what devices they use, their approximate location, and which links they click, including the Book a call button. These tools use cookies or similar technology; see Cookies and analytics below.
There is no account to create here, and no payment is taken on this site.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- read and answer your inquiry, arrange the call you asked for, and scope and quote work;
- keep records of who contacted us and what was discussed, including for a reasonable time after a conversation ends;
- run, secure, debug and improve the site, and prevent spam, abuse and fraud;
- understand how the site is used and how visitors find it, so we can decide what to write and what to build;
- contact you about the services you asked about, and about related services we think are relevant to a business like yours — you can tell us to stop at any time;
- comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not use what you send us to build a consumer profile of you, and we do not sell it.
The legal grounds we rely on
Where data protection law asks us to name a legal basis, ours are: your consent, where we ask for it, for example for analytics in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland; the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, when you inquire about work; our legitimate interests in running, securing and promoting our business and in keeping records; and compliance with our legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics tools set cookies or store similar identifiers in your browser to recognize a returning browser and to measure visits. Google Analytics, where we use it, sets first-party cookies and processes the data on Google's servers under Google's terms; Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics does not load until you accept it on the notice shown at the bottom of the page; decline and it stays off. Everywhere else it runs by default.
You can stop analytics at any time: turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which this site honors; install Google's opt-out browser add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; or block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site works the same either way. We may store a small first-party value in your browser to remember your choice.
We do not run advertising on this site, and we do not use analytics data for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information with:
- service providers that process it for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security and storage), Google (analytics and email), Calendly (booking), and any email or messaging tool we use to be notified of a submission;
- our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where they need it;
- authorities, courts and other parties where the law requires it, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect our rights, our clients, our visitors or the public;
- a buyer or successor if our business, or the part of it that runs this site, is sold, merged or reorganized.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where it is processed
We are based in the United States, and our providers operate there and in other countries. Information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States and elsewhere, where privacy law may differ from the law where you live. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and booking details for as long as we are in contact with you, and afterwards for as long as we reasonably need them for our records, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements and to meet legal obligations. Technical logs and analytics data are kept for the periods our providers and our analytics settings allow. You can ask us to delete what you sent; see Your choices and rights, below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold: it is stored with established providers, access is limited to people who need it, and the site's forms are rate limited against abuse. No website or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet will never be accessed without authorization. Do not send us anything you would not want disclosed, such as passwords, card numbers or personal documents, until an agreement covering it is in place.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict some processing, to receive a copy in a portable form, and to withdraw consent you have given, without affecting what was done before you withdrew it.
To use these rights, write to the address below. We will need to verify that the request comes from the person it concerns, and we may keep information the law allows or requires us to keep, such as records of a dispute. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we do not treat anyone differently for exercising a privacy right.
Send requests to hello@nsfwdev.com.
Age
This site is for adults 18 years or older, and for people acting on behalf of a legal adult business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
If you believe someone under 18 has sent us something, tell us at hello@nsfwdev.com so we can remove it.
Links to other sites
The client sites shown here — girlsdovr.com, thirstchat.com and verisdiction.com — and every other site we link to run under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Booking a call happens on Calendly's site under Calendly's terms and privacy policy.
Changes
We may update this policy at any time as the site, the tools we use or the law change. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
