The brief

A new studio with a catalog ready and nothing behind it: no site, no billing, no age gating. They needed a paysite that could stream and download VR at headset resolution, bill members as a high-risk merchant, stay out of the jurisdictions it couldn't legally serve, and get in front of viewers from day one.

05 Distribution Teasers and clips posted to every platform that allows them, each linking back to the site.

The back office

The public site is the smaller half of this build. Behind it sits a console the studio runs day to day: the catalog, the members, the money, the compliance records and the partner program.

01 Catalog & releases Scenes, covers, trailers and release dates, edited in the console and set to go live on a chosen day.

02 Performers & 2257 The roster, and the §2257 record status held against each performer and each scene.

03 Members & billing Members and their subscriptions, the plan prices and coupons they buy on, and access granted or ended at the gateway.

04 Analytics Watch time, headset share and the player a scene was watched in, down to a drop-off curve for one scene.

05 Partners A referral program with its own partner login, commission ledger, creative and payout requests.

06 Blog & comments Blog posts written and published from the console, and member comments hidden or answered.
